April 27 - This week we received an update from the company on two payroll issues that were identified by the Union.The first issue was a problem with the “link” between Shares and the Payroll System resulting in the incorrect reporting of passenger loads on flights affecting understaffing requests. The second issue affected those Flight Attendants who would have been entitled to pay increases based on their SW Classification date.
