These are the 2012 Health Care Rates, including all the Medical/ Dental/Vision active and COBRA rates.
March 2012 - This document has all of the 2012 insurance rates for retirees (retirees after 6/2003), and it includes all of the HMO rates for all company service bands, coverage bands, and both pre and post Medicare eligibility.
May 1 - We have identified that there was some number of Flight Attendants who did not have any deductions withheld from their May 1, 2012 paycheck.
March 30 - This week our flying partners from HKG, LHR, NRT, FRA, DEN, ORD, SEA, HNL, LAS, DCA, SFO and BOS successfully completed four days of Benefits Training.
February 17 - During the past several weeks while addressing a variety of payroll issues, the MEC Benefits Committee has identified a problem with imputed income being charged to employees, both of whom work for United and in a registered domestic partnership.
Jan 17 - As we have previously reported, many of the 2012 health insurance plans have new group and individual numbers. This includes the Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Traditional PPO plan.
