The following tutorial is designed to show you how to access the bid packages on the United Airlines Employee Intranet (SkyNet). If you are having problems with SkyNet, please contact 1-800-255-5801 for assistance.
Step 1: Visit: https://united.intranet.ual.com
You will see the following screen. Sign on with your User ID and Password. If you are having difficulties in getting past this screen, please contact 1-800-255-5801 for assistance. We are unable to provide technical support for SkyNet issues.
Step 2: Choose ‘Onboard Service’
You will see the SkyNet home page below. Choose ‘Onboard Service Home’ link.
Step 3: Choose ‘Bidding/Awards’
You will see the Onboard Service home page.
Choose ‘Bidding/Awards’ from the Scheduling menu on the left.
Step 4: Choose ‘Domicile Bid Packages’
You will see the following screen.
Choose the ‘Domicile Bid Packages’ link on the right.
Step 5: Choose your domicile
You will see the following screen. Choose your domicile.
Step 6: Choose your bid package section
You will see the following screen. Choose either the ‘Cover Letter’, the ‘Key Pages’, the ‘Domestic Lines’, or ‘Relief’. NOTE: You will need Adobe Acrobat to view these documents. (Having trouble with this?)
Step 7: Print package from the printer icon
You will see the following screen. Click the little printer icon in the upper left of the screen as shown below:
