The Miami Closure transfer award is complete. AFA has been in discussions with the Company over the past several weeks to advocate beneficial resolutions to Miami Flight Attendant concerns including allocations for the transfer bid. During the transfer award process, the Company responded favorably to AFA’s advocacy and through reviewing new information including recently announced schedule changes, they were ultimately able to adjust the transfer allotments so that all Flight Attendants received their first choice. Recognizing the hardship our Miami flying partners face, we are grateful the Company worked so hard to accommodate all first choice bids.

International trips scheduled to depart on April 29 and returning on May 2 will be the only overlaps assigned to Miami flying in the month of April. Any schedule conflicts this creates with the May line of flying in the new domicile will be resolved through the regular EOM process. There are no scheduled overlap trips for the April Miami domestic lines of flying. United will provide you with travel time to your new domicile after completing your April schedule.
The Company verified plans to process future system transfer awards throughout the year.
