July 28, 2005 - Call your Senators today and demand that they act on legislation that preserves our United Flight Attendant pension plan.
Flight Attendants Score Key Victory in Congress
Jun 24, 2005 - Flight attendants at United Airlines scored a key legislative victory today in their battle to preserve their pension plan. The House of Representatives passed an amendment to an appropriations bill prohibiting the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) from spending funds on the termination of their pension plan.

May 22 , 2005 - Congressman George Miller introduced HR 2327 to place a six-month moritorium on pension plan termination, effective May 1, 2005.

Apr 12, 2004 - The Pension Funding Equity Act of 2004, also known as the Pension Stability Act, was signed into law on April 10, 2004.

Apr 8, 2004 - The Wall Street Journal reported today that a pension relief bill is expected to clear Congress before the end of the week.
