2008 Benefits Open Enrollment
October 26, 2007 - The 2008 Open Enrollment for medical and dental coverage effective January 1, 2008 is open now through November 20th.
Aflac Supplemental Insurance
Feb 12, 2007 - Aflac supplemental insurance will again be available for enrollment. Prior to enrollment scheduled to take place between February 19, 2007 and May 15, 2007, take a moment to review the policies available for United Flight Attendants.

Section 33.F. Short Term Disability Eliminated
March 9, 2005 - Section 33.F. Short Term Disability has been eliminated in the 2005-2010 Agreement. Claims incurred after January 6, 2005 will not be processed by MetLife.
Where state disability insurance is mandated: MetLife administers benefits for all employees working in the states of New Jersey and New York. Flights attendants domiciled at EWR and JFK can call the United MetLife Customer Response Center at the toll free number 1-888-825-3368 to request a claim form. Flight attendants working in Hawaii can call GAB Robins, 1-808-548-0231 MetLife's third party administrator in Hawaii, to request a claim form.
California - Call the state for information regarding eligibility and claims application.
