United has announced some changes to HMO/DHMOs for 2007.
HMOs Eliminated for 2007
- Humana, Illinois
- Vista Health and Humana, Florida
- Amerihealth, New Jersey
- Keystone, Pennsylvania
- Pacificare, Washington
DMOs Eliminated for 2007
- Blue Care Dental
