Retiree Section 1114 Medical Agreement: June 21, 2004 - On Thursday, June 10, 2004, we were able to reach an agreement with United over changes to retiree medical benefits due to United's bankruptcy Section 1114 filing. That agreement was subsequently approved by Judge Wedoff in bankrutpcy court on Monday, June 14, and became effective October 1, 2004.
