Dear Members,

It has been three months since the start of our term here in Frankfurt. While there were some minor transitional challenges, it has however been an exciting start for all our members. Thanks to the help from our past officers, committee members and especially to the many new volunteers, we have accomplished quite a lot in the past three months.

We would like to extend our welcome and thanks to the following enthusiastic and capable new volunteers here in Frankfurt: Jörg Diehl, Carine Louwagie, Ina Steffen and Jeffrey Paul as new volunteers of the Local Grievance Committee, Michael Blake as a new volunteer of our Scheduling Committee and Khaldoun Bitar as a new volunteer of our Membership Engagement Committee. We continue to look for new volunteers in all areas and are highly impressed by the amount of volunteers who have already stepped forward and expressed interest in going to various trainings. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!

We were extremely fortunate to have found a small but accessible office space in Downtown Frankfurt. The office is located on Mainzer Landstr. 27-31, 60329 Frankfurt am Main, approx. 10 minutes by regional train from the airport and five minutes walking from the main train station as well as ten minutes walking from both layover hotels. The office is located within the Ecos Office Center on the 4th floor of the building and we welcome all local members and those on layovers to drop by during normal business hours, Monday thru Friday from 8 am thru 6 pm. 

Finally, we would like to extend our gratitude to all volunteers, old and new ones alike, as well as to all members for their continued involvement and support of our local Council.
