Crain's published a list of highest paid CEOs and non-CEOs in Illinois.  An excerpt of the highest paid positions is posted here.  Tilton is the highest paid CEO in Illinois and three UAL executives are the highest paid non-CEOs. These three highest non-CEOs from UALeach exceed the pay of all but five CEOs in Illinois.

Increases in compensation for executives and other management continues to explode as UAL plans increases in pay for other management employees, in addition to compensation packages associated with title changes.  Meanwhile, Tilton and the other senior executives refuse to agree to reopen negotiations to address compensation and quality of work life issues for Flight Attendants and other employees.
