Bidding

  • All EWR & PHL Flight Attendants must bid using either DIS*48803 or the Bid Fax Form.
  • When completing your bid, rank all available domiciles by priority 1 (highest) to 8 (lowest).
  • Bid according to your preference of location – do not assume that you will be locked out of any specific location.  AFA will continue to advocate for first choice awards whenever possible.
  • If a Flight Attendant submits a bid more than once during the time bidding is open, the most recent bid submitted will be used for the award process.
  • No early or late bids will be accepted.
  • Any insufficient bid or no bid will be assigned at the end of the award in SW seniority order of those with an insufficient or no bid.

Reserve Rotation

You will retain your current status (L or R); or letter (A or B) in your new domicile through January 2007.

Vacations

2006 vacations will be retained for all transferring EWR & PHL Flight Attendants.
