Dear Greg:
This Letter confirms our understanding that United and AFA-CWA will meet within ninety (90) days of the Effective Date of the 2005 - 2010 Agreement with the intent to mutually resolve the issues pertaining to non-U.S. citizen Flight Attendants who lose their right to work in the United States.
