| User ID: | Defined as the employee's last name. If your last name is a hyphenated last name, then your user id must contain both names separated by a hyphen. An example would be 'Applebee-Alexander'. If the hyphen separator doesn't work, then try a space between the two last names. An example of this would be 'Applebee Alexander'. Your user id generally will be the same way your last name was spelled when you placed your last order with Brookhurst. |
| Password: | Defined as the first 6 characters of the file number, the check digit is not included. Enter with leading zeros if necessary. |
| Pin: | Defined as the last 4 characters of your social security number. If applicable, all leading zeroes must be entered. If you do not have a social security number, then use the last 4 characters of your tax id number. If you do not have a social security number or a tax id number, then your pin will consist of the last 4 characters of your password. |
