AOL Unimatic Sign-On Changes

October 5, 2007 - AOL has changed their login screen.  This change did not affect those using web accesses to get to Unimatic. The majority of flight attendants and pilots use the web to access Unimatic, not 3rd party software.

Unimatic Upgrade: Brief Outage on May 22

May 18, 2007 - ISD will perform a hardware upgrade on the Unimatic system this month, installing new, state-of-the-art technology that will result in more efficient and cost-effective system operations.

Unimatic Access Problems

December 15, 2006- Many Flight Attendants have reported difficulties connecting to Unimatic via AOL home access. The following article is designed to assist in solving this problem.

August 23, 2006 - The Unimatic Outage for tomorrow has been postponed. At this time, the company has not determined when they will schedule a second attempt at this conversion.

Free AOL Access Information

August 22, 2006 - We have confirmed and are pleased to report to you that effective immediately, all United Airlines Flight Attendants are eligible for Free AOL accounts. That's right, you heard that correctly: FREE.

Mac Users: Access Problems for Unimatic

Sun JRE Now Required

Apr 8, 2004 - As of 0900 CDT, the Sun JRE program is now required in order to access AOL home Unimatic/Apollo.

AOL Account Still Required

Apr 6, 2004 - You must still keep your AOL account in order to access Unimatic even after the Sun JRE upgrade.

Authentication Errors

Apr 5, 2004 - The Daylight Savings Time problem and the certificate update problem on the AOL servers appear to have now been corrected. 

Timestamp Error Message

Apr 4, 2004 - The 'Timestamp Expired - Reauthenticate' error message is caused by Daylight Savings Time affecting their Web servers.
