Submit a Unimatic Access Problem Report

  1. If you are having problems with Unimatic and/or Apollo after sign-on to the system, contact the United Support Desk at 1-800-255-5801 and ask them to log your issue with a “problem ticket.”
  2. If you are having a problem completing a task such as a trip trade request, contact the crew desk, your Local Domicile, or both to input the trade for you.
