Step 7

Sun JRE installation progress screen

Now you are installing the program. This step could take up to one hour. There should be a progress bar so you can keep track of the installation. Canceling installation before it is complete will require you to begin the process again.

Step 8

The next screen indicates that installation is complete. You are now ready to connect to Unimatic and Apollo. If you don't see this screen, review the FAQ and try again. If you are still unsuccessful, contact AOL at 1-877-340-1014 or unitedsupport@aol.com.

Step 9

Your computer is now contacting Core Technology for a one-time download of the "CTC Bridge." The next screen will appear anywhere from 15 seconds to 10 minutes.

Step 10

You will see the Core Technology permission box appear. Once it appears, check the "Always trust content from Core Technologies" box and the "Yes" button.

Step 11

A Unimatic screen will appear. You will no longer have to repeat the steps you just performed. Subsequent connections to Unimatic and Apollo will be faster and more streamlined.
