The United MEC Central Schedule Committee conducted their second annual Schedule Integrity Training this week in Rosemont, IL.
During the training, Local Council volunteers learned how to track and collect data as it related to different scheduling aspects of our Contract which is used to advocate for Contractual compliance, improve the quality of life for Flight Attendants, and provide information we can use in future improvements to scheduling. This training was developed in direct response to Flight Attendant reports related to scheduling concerns and the desire for more information about how scheduling impacts Members both positively and negatively.
Volunteers will bring what they have learned back to their Local Councils where they will manage monthly data collection, generating information that can be used to drive change and improvements across the system.
Thank you to everyone who took part in the training. If you are interested in getting involved or attending a future training opportunity contact your Local Council.
