The 2027 Benefits Enrollment window for active employees opens November 2 through November 13, 2026. That's twelve (12) days to explore and make your selections.
The YBR portal now uses multi-factor authentication (MFA), adding an extra layer of security to the sign-in process. Flight Attendants should ensure that their phone number is correct in order to access YBR during the enrollment period as contact information updates may take up to 24 hours to appear in Alight’s system.
Consistent with the terms of Section 29.B.3 of our Contract, if you are currently enrolled for 2026 benefits and do not make an election for 2027 then you will default to your current coverage. Remember, you must actively designate Health or Dependent Care FSA contributions each year, as there is no default option for these.
The company will be offering virtual Wellness Events during the enrollment period. You can join one of these sessions to ask questions or get help understanding the plan options.

Thursday, October 29: 12 - 1 p.m. CT (Centivo focus)
Monday, November 2: 9 - 10 a.m. CT (General Session)
Thursday, November 5: 6 - 7 p.m. CT (General Session)
Tuesday, November 10: 9 - 10 a.m. CT and 3-4 p.m. CT (Health Savings Account focus)
Thursday, November 12: 2 - 2 p.m. CT (General Session)
Go to FlyingTogether and search “Attend an ABE 2027 virtual event” to register for one of the virtual sessions. These virtual sessions will be recorded. If you cannot attend a session, check back on the “Attend an ABE 2027 virtual event” page 2-3 days after the event to watch a recording.
