Out of the 314 worksheets filed, 41 worksheets reported issues that pertained to multiple Contract sections, bringing the total number of issues reported to 355. Upcoming Mediation
We currently have two cases scheduled for mediation, MEC 9-23 & MEC 10-23, that both deal with Lineholder reassignments under 7.Q.6 when a Flight Attendant becomes ineligible for their next pairing.
Discipline
Since the first quarter of 2026, we have had seven (7) Flight Attendants returned to work.
We are currently awaiting arbitration decisions for two (2) cases pending before the System Board.
