Pass Travel Enrollment 2027

Pass Travel Enrollment for the 2027 travel year opens soon! Eligible Flight Attendants will have the opportunity to update their 2027 pass travel elections between November 10, 2026, and December 14, 2026.

Pass Travel Enrollment will take place on the Employee Travel Management website at myetm.ual.com.

If you do not wish to make any changes for next year, you do not need to take any action.

Once the enrollment period closes, change requests will not be accepted.

Flight Attendants with less than six months of service (hired July 1, 2026 or later) may:

• Select 1 primary pass rider to keep for the next 2027 calendar year or uncheck them to be able to add someone new later. The person who is currently active for travel is automatically selected to roll over to next year if you make no changes.
  
  
• Select the buddy name(s) you would like to keep for the next calendar year

NOTE: Employees with less than 6 months of service (hire date of July 1 of the current year or later) will have the opportunity to give up regular buddy passes for a second enrolled friend during the next year’s annual enrollment period.

Flight Attendants with more than six months of service may:

• Choose between a second enrolled friend or regular buddy passes.
  
• Choose your enrolled friend(s) names or remove them.
• Choose your regular buddy names or remove them.
