The Spring 2026 Quarterly Computer-Based Training (CBT) is now available. The training contains 18 modules, and is estimated to take approximately 4 hours to complete.
All assigned CBT’s must be completed by their due date, April 20, 2026, 2359 Central Time. As a reminder, TakeOff Learning (TOL) adjusts your due date/time to align with your location when using TOL. This adjustment ensures that the deadline is consistent for Flight Attendants across the system, regardless of time zone.
As you complete your CBT modules, we recommend saving documentation for your personal records. This includes taking screenshots of each completed module and retaining the company confirmation email stating that your training has been completed in full. This documentation will help should any technical issues arise.
Do not wait until the last minute. Give yourself plenty of time to complete all the required CBT material. If you experience a technical issue, contact the FAST team for support.
