United will complete a planned technology upgrade on February 4th that will impact the availability of EmployeeRES and the United App between 0130 and 0500 CT. During this period your ability to list or check-in for a flight will be impacted.
For that reason, if you plan to travel (commute/deadhead/NRSA) you should list or check-in for your flight the night of February 3rd to ensure it is accomplished prior to 0130 CT on the 4th. Additionally, MyFlight and The Inflight Service App will not update information during this period. For more information, refer to the article on Flying Together.
