The JIT (Joint Implementation Team) published the 2026-2031 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) document on the ONE United page in Flying Together.
The printer-spread format the JIT published is great for Flight Attendants who wish to get their own paper books printed; and in addition, your Union has published a single-page- computer & mobile friendly version of the CBA as an additional tool to reference our Contract.
Flight Attendants can view and download the single-page format on the United AFA website, which is bookmarked and the Table of Contents is hyperlinked to take you directly to the respective Contract sections.
Additionally, to provide Flight Attendants a quick way to track verbatim JIT updates and easily navigate what new provisions have been implemented, there is a new United AFA JIT Updates Site linked on the home page of UnitedAFA.org under “Quick links”.
The implemented provisions can also be located in the respective Contract section pages on the new Site.
We hope these additional tools assist Flight Attendants in finding Contract language quickly; whether you are on your phone or at a computer. Checking what the Joint Implementation Team has communicated and implemented so far is more streamlined.
