Contract Interpretation

This Committee consists of Members of the Negotiating Committee that signed our current Collective Bargaining Agreement.

The MEC Contract Interpretation Committee is responsible for the interpretation of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. As those who both signed and negotiated directly with the Company on behalf of Flight Attendants, the Committee is used as a reference for what was intended when the current Contract verbiage was written.
