System Board of Adjustment
The Members serve on the MEC System Board of Adjustment to arbitrate any disputes or Grievances that may arise under the terms of the United Airlines Flight Attendant Contract.
System Board Members assist in developing and presenting the annual MEC Grievance training and are responsible for updating the System Board Index every six months.
Alternates fill in for System Board Members who are absent.
