August Bid Month Base Pay Increase: Stepping Through the Pay Scale

July 30, 2026 (August bid month) marks the second Base Pay increase in just two months since our CBA 2026 went into effect.

Flight Attendants who have not yet reached year 13+ on the pay scale will receive two Base Pay increases each year of the agreement:

One increase on their anniversary and one increase per year of the agreement on July 30th of that year, up to 2030.

The CBA 2026 Base Pay chart is shown below.

  • The red text shows the new July 30, 2026 Base Pay rates for each year of service, effective today for the August bid month.

  • For example, the yellow highlight shows the pay progression for a new Flight Attendant with an April anniversary.

  • The blue highlight shows the pay progression for an 11-year Flight Attendant with an April anniversary.

  • Flight Attendants with 13+ years receive one pay increase per year on July 30 through the year 2030.
