Following the successful Ratification of our Tentative Agreement on May 12th, 2026, the United MEC unanimously passed a Resolution to return to the Official White AFA Pin. With mobilization for Contract Negotiations concluded, all “Red Gear,” including the Contract Now lanyard, can be stored away.
While a new chapter has begun, our unity needs to continue to remain strong. Now that we have secured a new Contract, we must continue to stand together and fight for our rights.
Our collective strength will protect our new Contractual provisions. Together, we will define our path for future negotiations where more can be achieved, continuing improvements for our profession, and ensuring the safety and security of all crew and passengers remain at the forefront.
