Round One of Vacation 2027 bidding will close this Monday, October 26th at 0800 Home Domicile Time (HDT). If you have not yet participated in Round One vacation bidding and have questions, read last week’s article providing an overview of vacation bidding and rules for Round One.
If you end up not bidding in Round One, it will be considered a “No Bid” and you will have to bid for all vacation days in Round Two.
What if I don’t bid for vacation in Round Two:
You will automatically be assigned a vacation. Keep in mind, the vacation you are assigned will be after the second-round vacation awards have been completed for all Flight Attendants submitting a bid. The assigned vacation will be made in seniority order from December backward through January, with the largest block of days being assigned first.
Round One vacation awards will be posted by October 28, 0800 HDT.
Round Two Vacation 2027 bidding opens November 3rd and closes November 11 at 0800 HDT.
