According to the Flying Together update from June 26, 2025, the company informed employees that, starting July 31, 2025, their pass riders and dependents will need to use the United mobile app to book and manage travel, as employeeRES (eRES) for pass riders will be fully retired. Existing bookings made through eRES will remain valid.
Please read the company's communication for more detailed information and be sure to inform and prepare your dependents and pass riders in preparation for this transition.
