On Thursday, the United Master Executive Council concluded the Winter 2026 Regular MEC Meeting. This meeting provided a valuable opportunity to bring together Union leadership from across the system and engage directly with our Members.
Over the course of the three-day meeting, the MEC and Members in attendance actively participated in the democratic process of our Union. MEC Officers delivered comprehensive reports on the key issues impacting our workforce, including an overview of United’s financial outlook. Several committees were also present to provide updates on their work, highlighting progress made over the past year and ongoing efforts focused on improving the quality of life for all Flight Attendants.
