The company has advised us that the pass travel system will undergo a systemwide outage starting Tuesday night, June 16, 2026, and continuing through early Wednesday, June 17, from 1:00 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. CT.
The system updates will impact the ability to book pass travel and myUAdiscount tickets for Flight Attendants and their pass riders. During this time, the following platforms will be temporarily unavailable:

- Mobile Agent
- ePASS desk
- myIDTravel
- ID90 Travel
- United.com (myUAdiscount bookings only)
- CASS
- KCM
To lessen the impact on travel, Flight Attendants going through security within the U.S. during this time should allow additional time for standard screening.
To avoid disruption to commuting or travel plans, Flight Attendants are advised to pre-book their flights since the booking functionality will be unavailable during this window.
