In the current JCBA, Profit Sharing was negotiated as part of our total compensation package, in addition to wages and benefits, as provided in Section 4.N.
Profit Sharing payments will be made to all eligible employees via a standalone paycheck on February 26, 2026.
View your Profit Sharing statement by going to: (Flying Together > Employee Services > Total Rewards > Compensation & Incentives > Profit Sharing > Profit Sharing statements).
As a reminder If you wish to defer any or all of your Profit Sharing, you must make an election. Elections must be made by February 4, 2026, at 11:59 PM CT to be applied to this year’s Profit Sharing payment. More information on the new deferral process can be found HERE.
