4.2.26 Negotiations Resolution

Tomorrow afternoon, April 3, 2026, we will release full details of the Tentative Agreement and begin the ratification process. Members will receive access to the following:

- Full Tentative Agreement language (PDF Full Text)

- Summary of Changes

- Pay Calculators 

- Informational articles, videos, and graphics

- Registration information for the first Virtual Roadshow (APR 7)

In addition to the online support at UnitedFAcontract.org, Members will also receive a printed copy of the Summary & Voting Booklet, along with their confidential voting credentials, mailed to the address on file.

Voting on the Tentative Agreement will open on April 23rd at noon ET and close on May 12th at noon ET. If the Tentative Agreement is ratified by the Membership, the improved pay scales and Boarding Pay would go into effect on May 31, with the June Bid period.
