FABS Resources

The Flight Attendant Bidding System rollout has begun for Phase III in AUS, BOS, DEN, HNL, IAH, LAS, LAX, and SAN. Practice Environment access is currently open to all Flight Attendants.

As the next phase begins, you can use the FABS resources listed below, created jointly by United and AFA. 

FABS Rollout Phases

  • Phase 1:  January 2025 for February 2025 schedules: CLE, IAD, LHR, ORD, TPA
  • Phase 2:  April 2025 for May 2025 schedules: EWR, FLL, GUM, MCO, PHX, SFO
  • Phase 3:  May 2025 for June 2025 schedules: AUS, BOS, DEN, HNL, IAH, LAS, LAX, SAN

FABS Helpline

 A dedicated FABS Helpline, 800-FLT-LINE, Option 7, Option 2, staffed by our trained SMEs. The hours of operation are as follows:

    • Monday through Friday 0800-1600CT
    • In April, hours will be extended for the bidding and award period from April 17-23. The helpline will be staffed nearly 24 hours per day during this time.
