In terms of pass travel, the negotiated language of Section15 provides that online pass travel benefits are available for the duration of the Special COLA which includes United & United Express. However, offline travel benefits, including Reciprocal Cabin Seat Agreements, are limited while on a leave of absence.
In addition, because the Special COLA is a leave of absence, the use of Known Crew Member entry points is not permitted during the period of the leave.
