We will continue to advocate for these timely updates and transparency until the company can resolve their major issue.
While our current priority is to provide a temporary fix and support our Reserve Flight Attendants, make no mistake, AFA Leadership is also working toward an appropriate course of action, as this is not only a complete management failure to be proactive with their systems, but a clear violation of our Contract.
The company’s silence is deafening during this major technology collapse. The limited two-sentence updates offer no guidance or support for those affected. Our Reserves are bearing the brunt of this malfunction, which diminishes their quality of life and causes unnecessary stress. The continual lack of accountability and communication from an employer to its employees is unacceptable.
