The 2027 Flight Attendant Vacation Timeline begins September 25, 2026 through November 29, 2026. The timeline consists of Vacation Elections (Choice of: Buy-Back, Defer to 401(k), Flex Vacation), two rounds of Vacation Bidding and Vacation Trading.
Explanations and instructions for each component of the 2027 Vacation Timeline are detailed below.
Reserve (A/B) Rotation is only applicable for Flight Attendants based in Honolulu and London.
The 2027 Reserve Letter Lists will be made available in your Base and on Flying Together. These lists are effective February 2027 through January 2028.
To submit a trade, log into CCS then select Scheduling > A/B Rotation Trade Request
Flight Attendants may elect to take an additional seven days of Flex vacation. Flight Attendants taking Flex vacation will either take the additional seven days as unpaid vacation or elect to have one hour and fifty-four minutes (1:54) pay deducted from their earnings each month to pay for the paid Flex vacation week.
Unpaid Flex vacation will be the first 7 days of the first awarded vacation period.
Paid Flex vacation will be the last 7 days of the last awarded vacation period.
